Your Privacy Choices

Effective: July 15, 2026

1. Overview

AXI respects your privacy and provides you with the right to choose how your personal information is collected and used when using our products. This page outlines the privacy choices you can manage directly.

2. Available Choices

You can choose to opt in or out of the following data collection items.

  • Apple analytics sharing: You can control diagnostic and usage data sent to Apple in Settings > Privacy & Security > Analytics & Improvements. This system setting does not disable product-specific services such as Firebase Analytics in Arcade95.
  • Ad Personalization and Tracking: You can turn off "Personalized Ads" in Settings > Privacy & Security > Apple Advertising. In apps using AdMob, you can decline ad personalization through the in-app consent screen, and Apple ATT tracking permission can be managed in iOS Settings.
  • iCloud Sync: Products using iCloud sync (Shopping Calculator, Claude Timer, etc.) can be individually toggled off in Settings > Apple Account > iCloud.

3. On-Device Data Management

Many AXI products store user-created content on your device. You can manage that local data directly as follows.

  • Delete app data: Deleting the app immediately removes all data stored on your device.
  • In-app data reset: Some apps provide the ability to individually delete or reset data within their settings.
  • Favorites and settings: In-app favorites, user settings, and similar local app data can usually be managed inside the app or by deleting the app. Product-specific network services are described in the privacy policy.

4. Advertising Choices

In apps that include ads (using AdMob), the following choices are available.

  • GDPR Consent: Users in the EU are asked for consent to ad data collection on first app launch and can decline.
  • ATT (App Tracking Transparency): On iOS 14.5 and later, when an app requests tracking permission, you can select "Ask App Not to Track" to decline tracking. UMP consent does not replace Apple's ATT permission.

5. External Service Data

For products using external APIs, the following choices are available.

  • MarkRight: No data is sent to external APIs if you don't use the translation feature.
  • iCloud sync products: Turning off sync stops new app data from syncing through iCloud for that product, subject to Apple's iCloud settings and any data already stored in iCloud.
  • All network communications are encrypted with TLS/SSL.
